What exactly do I get?+

What does “unbranded” mean, and how is it different from whitelabel?+
Unbranded means there is no GoHighLevel logo, no HighLevel name, and nothing on screen for your client to Google. Whitelabel usually means someone else's branding is swapped for yours; unbranded means there is no branding to swap in the first place, so the videos work under any SaaS name you use.
How do I get and use the files?+
After purchase you create your account with the same email and open your download portal. Upload your logo, choose the lessons or whole folders you want, and download branded .mp4 files - individually or as a zip. From there you can build a Membership course and Custom Menu Link inside GoHighLevel, or host them anywhere else. There is a step-by-step guide on your access page.
Can I use these videos inside my grey-labeled HighLevel account?+
Yes. That is exactly what they are built for. Load them into your SaaS sub-accounts, your onboarding memberships, or your client courses and present them as your own training.
Do I get downloadable MP4 files?+

What happens after my first year of updates?+
You keep every video and every update released during your first year, forever. If you cancel the update plan, you keep lifetime access to all 62 original videos - they will never stop streaming. How often are the videos updated?+
