Privacy Policy

• Account details. If you create an account, I store your email, name, and anything you choose to save (audit results, saved review links, QR codes, client and agency names, onboarding progress).
• Form submissions. Email address and any fields you fill in when you download a resource, join a waitlist, or request training.
• Usage data. Standard analytics such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser, and device.
• Tool inputs. Numbers and URLs you enter into calculators and audits. These are saved only when you are signed in or explicitly ask for a copy by email.

• To deliver the tool result, download, or training you asked for.
• To keep your saved work attached to your account across devices.
• To send email you opted into, and to reply when you contact me.
• To understand which pages and tools are useful so I can improve them.

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the site (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing).

The site uses cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure traffic. Affiliate links may set a cookie with the partner so that a referral can be credited. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features such as saved review links will stop working.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and unsubscribes are honored immediately. Transactional email (purchase delivery, login codes, account notices) is sent regardless of marketing preferences because it is required to provide the service.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of it, or full deletion at any time by emailing josh@egrowthlab.com. Deleting your account removes your saved tool results, review links, clients, and agencies.

This site is not directed to anyone under 16 and I do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the updated date at the top of this page will change and material changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
