This site is operated by Josh Ads, a brand of Joshua Sanderford. Josh Ads is an independent business and is not GoHighLevel, Extendly, Google, Meta, or any other company mentioned on this site.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login secure. Do not share an account across companies you do not control. I may suspend an account that is used to abuse the tools, scrape content, or resell access.

Calculators, audits, generators, checklists, and lessons are provided as is, for education. Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Tools that let you add a file — including the GoHighLevel CSV Import & Migration Tool — run entirely in your browser. Your file is not uploaded, transmitted, or stored, so Josh Ads never receives it and is neither a controller nor a processor of the personal data inside it. By using these tools you represent and warrant that:

• You own the data, or have the lawful basis, consent, and authority to process, migrate, and import it, including on behalf of any client whose data you are handling.
• Your use complies with every law that applies to you, including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM, and the TCPA.
• The file does not contain protected health information (HIPAA), consumer credit or financial account data (GLBA/FCRA), government identification numbers, biometric data, or data about children under 13 (COPPA). These categories are prohibited.

The tools are provided as is and as available, with no warranty of accuracy, compatibility, or that any import will succeed. Always keep your original export. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Josh Ads is not liable for data loss, incorrect field mapping, duplicate merges, deleted or overwritten records, or a failed or partial import in your CRM. You agree to indemnify Josh Ads against claims arising from data you process without the rights or consent required.

• Unbranded training video products are licensed for use inside your own business and your own client accounts. You may rebrand and deliver them to your clients.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish publicly, or share the raw files as a standalone product, and you may not upload them to a course marketplace.
• A purchase includes one year of updates from the date of purchase. Continuing updates after year one are optional at the posted renewal rate.
• Licenses are non-transferable and are revoked if the terms above are violated.

Digital products are delivered instantly and are generally final sale. If something is broken, missing, or not as described, email josh@joshuasanderford.com and I will make it right.

Affiliates are paid on approved, non-refunded sales. Self-referrals, bidding on branded search terms, spam, coupon-injection, cookie stuffing, and misrepresenting the products are grounds for removal and forfeited commissions.

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its backend, and do not use the tools to store unlawful content or another person's data without their permission.

All site copy, design, video, and downloadable material is owned by Josh Ads unless marked otherwise. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Josh Ads is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of this site or its products. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
