Our take
This is a bigger deal than it looks. Usage-based AI pricing punishes exactly the behavior agencies should be doing more of: building prospecting websites, testing chatbots before a sales call, and letting AI handle client work inside sub-accounts. When every experiment has a meter attached, people experiment less.
