What's free on every agency plan
HighLevel splits AI into two buckets. AI Assistants help you build — they're included for agency users on the $97, $297 and $497 plans (fair use applies). AI Agents do work for you — answering chats, calls and reviews — and those are always paid. Not sure which plan you need? AI Employee plans are priced per sub-account and cover every user in that sub-account.

Starter is only available to agencies on the $497 Founder plan. When an allowance runs out, usage pauses unless you turn on Extra Usage in AI Suite. Phone and text charges are always billed separately.

How much does GoHighLevel Voice AI cost?
There are two ways Voice AI is billed:

How much does Conversation AI cost?
Conversation AI is billed on input and output tokens. HighLevel's example: 100,000 input tokens and 25,000 output tokens on a model priced at $1.25 / $10.00 per million tokens costs about $0.375. Longer conversations and bigger knowledge bases cost more. Growth includes 1,000 responses a month; Unlimited has no cap (fair use).
Workflow AI and Workflow Pro
Premium Workflow AI Actions are $0.01 per run on every plan. Workflow Pro lowers that cost:

Can you rebill AI to clients?

Is GoHighLevel AI free?
For agency users on the $97, $297 and $497 plans, AI assistants like Ask AI, AI Studio, Creator Studio and Content AI are included at no extra cost, subject to fair use. AI agents such as Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Managed Agents are always paid.
How much is the GoHighLevel AI Employee plan?

How much does GoHighLevel Voice AI cost per minute?
Traditional Voice AI is the $0.045/min Voice Engine plus your text-to-speech rate (from $0.015/min) plus model tokens and phone charges. Speech-to-speech models are a single rate of $0.10 to $0.20 per minute, plus phone charges.
Can I rebill AI usage to my clients?
Yes, but rebilling AI Employee usage requires the $497/month agency plan. Turn it on in Agency settings and confirm each product's rebilling settings before quoting clients.
What happens when an AI Employee allowance runs out?
Usage pauses by default. To keep going you must enable Extra Usage in AI Suite, which bills at pay-per-use rates.
